What happened to the 1999 flash cartoon "christmas evil"? and where can i find it?

its a flash cartoon about a guy who wins a trip to the north pole and ends up foiling the plot of a russian guy named dimitri. i have watched it every year around christmas and for some reason this year i cant find it anywhere online.
