There's a great Mexican/ El Salvadorian restaurant in my town that makes authentic food. I've eaten there a few times and there's a certain sauce I get on my enchiladas, but I can never remember the name. It's not mole, guacamole or a tomato sauce. It's reddish (kind of pink), creamy and not spicy at all. Can anyone help me figure out what the name is? It begins with an s, I believe. Thanks in advance!
