How old were females when they started having children in our hunter-gatherer days?

I'm talking about around 20,000 years ago. Did they have children in their teens, or did they wait until they were older? Was is looked down upon to have children in teenage years like it is in American culture, or did they have children when they reached reproductive age? This question isn't supposed to make anyone angry or offend anyone, I'm just simply curious.
