What are my chances?

Hi. This cycle I had an HSG which was fine, and the radiologist said there is a slightly increased chance of conception in the 3 months afterwards as it can 'flush' your tubes. I had an ultrasound on thursday to check my ovaries and was told I had two follicles ready to release an egg each, one on each ovary. We had on thursday, saturday and monday, and i got my LH surge on Friday. What do you think my chances of conceiving one, or even two babies are? No symptoms as yet but am only approx 5 days post ov so a bit early i know!!! Going slowly insane wondering ..... :) Thanks for any opinions!
