My dad is pressuring me to file the papers?

6 weeks ago I moved in with my parent's after preparing papers for divorce from my husband. After a very bad situation that landed my husband in jail, my family hates him even more than before. (FYI the reason he is in there is not for doing anything to me or the kids) Anyway, my dad said if I am going to stay living in his home I have until the 15th to file papers. I on the other hand am so confused and am just not ready to walk in to file anything. My father just called and told me it is not negotiable and I have until the 15th. I hate feeling pressured to do something that I am not ready to do. Not to mention the 14th would be our 6 year anniversary so I am very emotional right now.
