At Starbucks, how do I order a Caramel Macchiato with soy milk and whipped cream?

I'm not a huge coffee drinker, and sometimes I just want something a little sweet - but I also don't want to look like a noob when I order. Is there even coffee in a caramel macchiato? I was with a friend and she ordered this for her drink, and I took a drink while we were in the car and it was really yummy, so now I want to order it the next time I go. Also, what is 'haf caf' (I think it's what she said when she oredered a different drink)?
