Do I have a right to be mad at him?

My boyfriend is really not a flirt. Today he was jsut going on it with my bst friend. He was talking to her the whole period. Then I moved towards him and he was just ignoring me. Than I complemented him and he was all like ok. Then I compleent his best friend and his best friend was like thank you. I mena what the hell is going on. He than had the adacity to text me and tell me he loves me and thanks for the compliment. What should I do
