Download doesn't go as fast as it should?

i am trying to download halo and its 600 megs. so i started downloading it but it only stays around ten kilobytes. i went to speedtest.net to check the speed and it says 2 megs per second. why doesnt halo download that fast plz help i cant wait 26 hours for this game. if this helps im using lan
