Fish Tank too Hot? Or Okay?

It should be ok, as betta live in hot weather in Vietnam, Or thailand etc.. i know cause i was born and raised in vietnam haha very hot weather. I would rely more on your gl thermometer then the digital one, i personally have 2 digital one and it says 78 degress but the water dont feel 78 degrees, i just dont really like the look of a gl thermometer in a small tank (mine's 14 gallon also)
