How do I just forget the events of today?

OK, so you feel silly. Has the world come to an end? We all do embarring things at times and think the whole world's watching, and everybody's talking about us, but trust me, they aren't! Has anybody actually come up to you and said, "Aren't you the guy who sat on the wet seat on the bus?" Exactly. Just get on with your life and take heed of notices & warnings in future.
