How do I tell my mom that I want to quit my job?

First of all, I'm 15 years old and I HATE my job. I wash dishes at the local restaurant and I'm sick of it. They don't even give me gloves or anything to wash the dishes! I have to wash them with my bare hands and a scrub brush! To me, that's pretty damn unsanitary. I'm sick of it and I want to know a way to tell my mom that I want to quit my job. Any suggestions?
