I live in Greenville South Carolina. On Feb 9th my 6 year old daughter was ually aulted at her dayc?

I live in Greenville South Carolina. On Feb 9th my 6 year old daughter was ually aulted at her daycare by an 8 year old boy. Who held her down and took off her pants and put his hand over her mouth as she tried to cry for help on the playground,and stuck his fingers inside her.The incident was recorded at the daycare,we also called out the greenville county police who really did nothing I guess because of the boys age.We also filed a complaint with DSS. My problem is the only people who seem to be getting looked into is the daycare,who although I'm disgusted with their lack of supervision letting it happen.I'm honestly furious with whomever the parents of this child are and what he could possibly be exposed to to promt such actions at the age of 8. I want to know if there are any options to pursue the child or his family
