If Patton had been allowed to attack the Soviet Union, who would have won?

from my understanding USSR had the largest most equipped, most combat experienced military the world had ever seen. i personally don't think the US would have been able to do it without the A bomb. napoleon and hitler couldn't, i don't think Patton could have do it.
