Some type of infection?

I cannot have with my wife. She has a horrible odor, which I've tried talking to her but she just tells me to stop. When we do have I seem to break out in something so now I have no desire to have with her. Could this be bcause she is not taking care of herself hygenically or could she have something? It's pretty horrible. She doesn't get wet, she is kind of clammy, odor and then the break out for me.
