Squeamish help..........please?

im super squeamish....... help were studying the body and heart and i cant stand stuff like the heart or veins or bloodflow so wehave to watch someone disect a heart and today i was close to ping out cause we were talking about it what should i do i really dont want to be rushed to the hospital cause i p out and i dont want to throw up please please help
