Tattoo parlors in Somerset, KY?

My friend wants to get a tattoo..he's 17, but his parents are ok with it.. we went to bodean's tattoo parlor today but they didn't accept him, even though we had a letter from his mom and we were with his 22year old brother.., his mom just doesn't want to be there when his tattoo is actually being done..she said she doesn't want to enter "a place like that" LOL ...so do you guys know anyone or anyway who would accept him?..all he wants is a simple peace sign on his shoulders..maybe you guys know somebody who can make his tattoo?
