Question about cysts and concieving.?

Ok i went to the docotor cause my right side has been hurting. they told me i had a 3 centemter cyst and that i shouldnt worry about it. I have been ually active alot but only 2 to 3 days in a month and i dont think im hitting my right days. Would the cyst on my right overy affect my concieving? Im really nervous cause my aunt could never have kids cause of her blood type, but she said it was a personal ting cause every other woman had kids, but im still nervous cause iv been trying 10 months and still no kid...could it be that im not hittin gmy days right? Please help thank you
